Returns

  • We accept returns for store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not available due to the personalized nature of our products.
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order. We believe this window balances fairness with the unique production process of customized items.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • To start a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.

Store Credit

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  • If approved, you will receive store credit equal to the purchase price of the returned item (excluding shipping costs).
  • Store credit can be used for any future purchases on our website.

Exceptions

  • Items damaged upon arrival or with production errors will be handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure your satisfaction.
  • Personalized items that are returned without contacting us first will not be accepted.
